downloading service pack 2

Hello,

I'm downloading SP2 using automatic updates. This is the method recommended
by the websites I have visited.

I only have dial-up so it will take time. Does the entire sp2 update have to
be downloaded in one go? If I disconnect from the net before the download
is complete will my pc 'remember' how much it has received, or will it have
to start from scratch again next time I connect?
