downloading programe

the message on screen reads problem with shortcut the drive or network
connection that the shortcut refers to is unavailable make sure that yhe disk
is propertly inserted or the network resourse is available and try again . i
have tried but same thing thank you for your help ? what can i do ?
 
hi.. there is very little to go on on.. my best guesses are

1) a shortcut was copied from or program installed to a

Floppy
CD
Flash Drive
Network Drive

2) you have either hidden or lost access to part of your hard drive

could you pls paste the target of the shortcut you are using to launch the
program.
