Here's something you can try.

Open Internet Explorer...

Open the folder with your .Art files...

Drag and Drop an .Art file into the open
Internet Explorer window...(it doesn't
matter what's already in the window).

Right click the .Art file...hopefully you will
have the "Save Picture As" option..
