Downloading Music

On Media Player I have purchased 0.85p worth of credit to buy one single
track. When I click on 'buy' I keep getting a message pop up saying " the
track you have selected has already been downloaded, do you wish to download
again" (which I havn't). I click on 'Yes' but still dosnt let me do it.

Why is this?

I have also checked my media player library and the track does not appear in
it.

Can anybody help?
 
Search your harddrive, it may have downloaded to some other place
that you are not aware of.
 
Click on 'Start', 'Search', and enter the name of the file you "downloaded"
then search, it should tell you where to find it
