Downloading music

Alright, a few weeks ago, i was able to download music, all fine and great.
but since the last two weeks, somethings not working and i cant download
anything at all... i thought maybe my program broke down so i downloaded tons
of different file sharing programs like kazaa win mx but to no avail,
is it possible that i touched anything in my computer anything to screw this
up. is ther a file i have to download? if im in the wrong subject, could u
ask a friend or anyone? i just need help

Are you getting any error messages or is it that your downloads aren't
