Downloading MS Updates for use on computer without Internet Connection

I am trying to install a game on a computer without
Internet Access but it suggests that I download the
327979 Recommended Update from the Windows xp Update Site.
Is there a way of downloading this update file so that I
can transfer it to floppy or Recordable CD so that I can
run it on the other computer?
