Downloading JRE problem

Hello -- I've tried to download/install Sun Java Running
Environment but find I need administrator permission for
its installation. I assume such permission comes from
Microsoft, but how/where do I get it? Thanks!

The permissions come from settings on your computer. MS has nothing to do
with this. It basicly means you need to be using a user account that has
administrative rights in order to install. A limited account will not work.
