downloading images

when i go to download images, the only option i have is
to download an untitled bitmap image. normally, i could
save them as jpeg. does anyone know how i can rectify
this situation? any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi well the orginial file sounds like it was created as
a bitmap which i think is fine. Down load that but You
can do a batch and resave them all as a jpeg. To do a
batch use photoshop elements. Look for a batch file
somewhere in your present system. you might have it.
that is the only way of changing a file that i know of at
this time.
