Downloading Icon

The Downloading Icon (rotating arrow) won't stop. There is no:
Right click to stop it or find out what it is doing, says "downloading."
I ran that starer.msc thing and it gave me about 30 things that have
started, not sure which ones I need.

Anyone got any ideas?

No ideas but the same thing is happening to me. I've gone into basically
every program trying to find it. I have a few computer friends I've got to
contact to see what the heck is happening.

Sorry this is the second one. Do you have Mcafee security? I guess one of my
computer friends said to check that out and it looks like it's an update from
Mcafee. Hope this helps.
