downloading I.E

I deleated internet explorer because of a bug I got with
PurityScan from downloading Kazaa. I try to reload it,
but it says I have a version already..but I can't find
it. The only way I can use IE is if I get a pop-up, then
I can use it.

You need to perform a registry edit to reinstall IE.
