Hi.

In Outlook 2002 (Office XP), I had managed to create a "Hotmail" account
with the settings of my existing Hotmail account (username, password). On
the first send/receive after creating this account, Outlook downloaded all
my existing (both old and new) Hotmail emails into my Outlook inbox, and
cleared my Hotmail inbox by doing so.

I thought this would mean all future send/receives would do the same, but it
only did it that one time. Since then, Outlook DOES check to see if I have
any emails to SEND, but it doesn't retrieve my Hotmail emails anymore.

When I go in Options / Mail Setup / Send Receive / Edit (All Accounts), all
of my usual email accounts have a checkbox for "Send Mail Items" and another
for "Receive Mail Items" -- except the Hotmail account. This one only has
the Send. There is no "Receive Mail Items" checkbox to check. It's not even
whited out -- it's just not there.

My question :

My Hotmail account has important emails I would like to download into my
Outlook, and I know it can be done because the first time I created my
Hotmail account in Outlook, that's exactly what it did. How do I do it
TODAY, though?

Anyone have a clue about this?

Thanks!

(I am using WinXP and my version of Outlook is 2002 (10.4219.4219) SP-2)
