Downloading files Pop up box

I usually download stuff for The Sims frequently. The
other day while downloading a zip file, I by accident un
checked the first pop that says "Always ask before opening
this type of file." I am now afraid to download any files
off the internet and I'd like to. Does anyone know how to
get the pop up back and make it so I see it again? Help
would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > File Types. Scroll down to zip and
select Advanced button. Check "Confirm open after download".
