For some reason, I can not download any file with the .exe
extension. I keep getting the message that the website is
unavailable, or can't be reached, and to try again at a
later time. I've gone to the same website and downloaded
the same file, on a different computer on my network. The
browser is updated with the latest patches, and both
machines are running xp. I restored all of the defaults on
the computer and it still does not let me download the
files, what could be causing this?
