Downloading and Intalling Limewire.com

I can download the software for Limewire.com (this
program allows downloading of music from the internet)
However, when I attmept to intall the program I get an
error message: "an error occurred while downloading the
file
Http://nstallengine.com/cert02/osengine/issscript.msi"

Is there something I can do?
