Downloading a Published PowerPoint

I believe they have already converted them to picture(.jpg format) for
publishing. You will have to manually save it as picture.
To save, right click on the picture, click save picture as.

Is there a way I can download a published PowerPoint? here is the one I'm
trying to download

With web-published PPT from newer versions of PowerPoint you may actually be
able to open the file directly by plugging the URL into the File, Open dialog
box.

This particular presentation was converted using PowerPoint 97; it's basically
a set of images, not a full presentation any more.

Not downloadable other than by rightclicking and saving each slide image.
