Downloading a Movie

When I open up a web page wherein I can download a jpg, mpg, wmv, avi,
etc....(movie or still-shot file), and I right click on the link, I do NOT
have the ability to choose:

"SAVE TARGET AS"

It is NOT anymore highlighted;

how can I fix this please?
