AVG is detecting infected files appearing in Temp folder,
but can not remove the creator for those files.
Microsoft Antispyware doesn't even detect it.
What can I do? Anybody has experience with this trojan?

thanks,
m.

Hi Misha

Ive no experience with this downloader but the name isnt
giving that much info on what it is,Try running a scan at
trend micro or panda and see if they find anything,If
this is a virus or worm then it will not be detected
using MS Antispy so using the online scanners would be a
good start.

Trend Micro http://housecall.antivirus.com/

Panda

Removing the temp files often is a good idea to remove
any unused files and free up space. The easiest way to
delete all temp/unused files & cookies is by using
Ccleaner.

another way to access the windows temp folder is by going
to start then run and type

%temp%

then press enter

Its fine to delete everything from this folder as none of
the temp files are needed,If any say they cannot be
deleted because they are in use then you can end the
process of the program and then delete the file,

You may need to disable system restore/remove the files
involved in safe mode or use additional programs like
hijack this to fix them but run the online scans first
and see whats revealed.
