downloaded service pack 1 and lost sound

I downloaded the Service Pack 1 and now my sound is not
compatible with the service pack. I'm not very good at
finding and downloading drivers and things like that can
anybody help me.

Well, that's precisely what you have to do. Go to the sound card's
manufactuer's site and download the updated driver.
 
Okay I finally found it and tried to download it and it
told me that some memory thing couldn't be found. Do you
know what this means? Sorry I'm not very computer savy.
 
A memory thing, huh?
I can't really help you unless you post the exact error message ...but my
first guess would be that you're trying to install the wrong driver.
