Downloaded security update

My laptop got infected with the sasser virus and I cannot
access the needed security and antivirus programs on the
net. I have used my home computer to down load the
security program on to a disk. How (where) do I install
it to my laptop? Help me Mr. Wizard

What security program?
Normally it is an executable so you double click and follow the
prompts.
Check the documentation that came with it.
