Downloaded Pictures

I can't use downloaded pictures as screensavers. Do they
need to be reformatted? Any help is appreciated.
 
Do you mean wallpaper? Right-click the image, click set desk background.

If you mean the My Pictures screensaver, make sure they
are in the folder that the screensaver is set to use.
Check the screensaver settings to find out what folder
that is. Any jpg or bmp file should work.
 
Right click on your desktop, a screen should come up and
there should be a button for browse, click on that and
find the picture that you want.
