Downloaded a Design Template but it does not appear in the drop d.

The Design Template is in the folder with all the other ".pot" files so why
doesn't this new download show up when I go to Slide Design?

What version of PowerPoint? If it's PowerPoint 2002 or 2003, go to Format >
Design Template and then in the righthand task pane click on the word "Browse"
at the bottom. Let us know if you are using a different version.
