Download XP hotfixes on non-XP system?

Is there any way I can download all the XP hotfixes for installation on
another XP machine ? Only dial-up is available on that machine and the
updates take way too long to download!

I'm using Vista so can't get XP updates

Yes, the Windows Catalog.

There are rather a lot of updates, so a reasonable alternate is to take the
machine to a location with highspeed connection, install the updates, and
then return it.
