DOWNLOAD TROJAN VIRUS

I'm getting a message from Norton saying I have a virus
and it can't get rid of it. Great virus program!!! How
do I get rid of this virus?

can try to find a specific removal tool at the following

if not then just log on to
http://housecall.trendmicro.com
and run a full n free system scan from there site.

If you can't find its name, visit www.symantec.com. They will run a virus
check on your PC for you and tell what it is - and probaly give you the free
tool to remove it.

It may well mean that it has found a copy of the virus (having cured the
main infection) stashed in one of the restore points. This can do no
harm unless you restore to that time. Wait a day or so until a new
clean point has been made, then use
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Cleanup
and the More Options page has a button to delete all but this most
recent point. The virus will go along with the old one it is in

It could also be that Norton has just placed the infected file in quarantine
so you can decide what to do with it. In other words, repair it or dump it.
If you go into the reports section of Norton AntiVirus, you should find the
Quarantine folder and the file should be there too. Just highlight and
delete it. That should be the end of the story.
