Download sent items from a mail hotel

I have a mail account on a mail hotel. From my Outlook I download mails. I
can also use a web-mail interface and send mails from other computers with
internet access. The mails I receive I can see through the web interface -
and later download once I connect through Outlook.

But if I send mails from the web interface - I dont get those in my sent
items folder. Can I download those as well when I connect mu Outlook? If so -
how?

Is your access to the 'mail hotel' via POP3 or via IMAP? If the former, no,
you can't. If the former, I believe it should sync, but I'll actually need
to verify.

Then nope. POP3 deals with just the Inbox. I suppose if the web client
lets you do it, you could try moving the messages from the Sent Items folder
into the Inbox and downloading your mail and it *might* work, otherwise,
you'll want to ask your mail hotel support staff.
