Download problems

I can´t download anything. When I come to the option of chosing OPEN or SAVE the file I choose one but after that it just says "Downloading File Information" and nothing happens. My security settings are on NORMAL, I don´t have any firewall on.

Try right-clicking the link and choosing 'Save Target as,' then
choosing a folder to download the file in.
