download problem

When trying to download any file/program it seems to just
stop! Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks, David

If an answer is not to be found in any of the above regarding your actual
circumstances, you might try a scan for Spyware, or Malware. Also, you
should perhaps try emptying your cache first, and see if you can download
files.
