download pic's to a cd

I know that when you are going to download pic's onto a cd, there should be an option that says "copy to cd"....i used it about a week ago....but today it seems that that option is no longer there. How do get it back? Or is there another way that I can copy my pic's onto a cd

If you select the files to copy to the CD then right click and use the
"Send To" menu you should see the CDR listed by drive letter. Select the
drive from the popup menu and when the temp files are written an icon in the
system tray will appear, click on that and a window opens with the option to
"write files to CD".
