Download names and email addresses Outlook Address Book to Excel

I would like to download the names and email addresses from all contacts in
my Outlook Address Book.

depends on what your address book shows.
if it is just a representation o the Contacts folder then you can export
that to a number of fomrats via File | Import and Export. CSV format would
do.
Alternatively display the Contacts folder in a table-based view, and use
copy and paste into, say, Excel.
