download msohtmfo2.exe into office xp

Dear sir/madam I am trying to download msohtmfo2.exe so that I can format
items for web page construction. I have office xp. When I downloaded the
program it would not let me run it and reffered me to
officeupdate.microsoft.com/info/o2prods.htm --when I went to go here it said
that there was no further update and referred me back to Microsoft office.
So I am not sure what to do now.

Hi David,

The MS Office 2000 HTML Filter v2 (msohtmf2.exe, rather than msohtmfo2.exe) was superceeded in Office XP (Word 2002) by the built in
setting File=>Save As Web Page-Filtered. The filtering can be somewhat tailored by the settings in Tools=>Options=>General=>Web
Options.
