Unable to download data from SAP APO with Office 2007

Dear Sir/Madam,
I used to have installed Office 2002 on my laptop and was able to download
data from SAP APO system without any problem.

After I installed Office 2007 with the option to retain the old version
(Office 2002),
and I tried to download data from SAP APO system, the file downloaded become
blank.

Pls help with urgency!!!!!!!!

Dear Bob,
I am not able to find any related links and I found another thread (under
the title : Subject: RE: Download problems from SAP to Excel 2007 ). I wonder
if the SAP Gui 7.1 helps. Appreciate for your advice.

Please contact SAP regarding compatibility of their product with Excel 2007.
