Download manager for MozFirefox

Hi!
I´m looking for a download manager that supports throttling with good
Firefox integration. I tried LeechGet, but it sucks big times and the
plugin for firefox doesn´t do the job.

I use the extension: http://texturizer.net/firefox/extensions/#downloadwith
and have that configured with many download tools: DAP, and Wget, etc..

for me.

In my experience (Phoenix 0.5 and Firebird 0.7 on W2K), Leechget works much
better than SD. The integration is much better.
