Download Mails from Yahoo Sent folder

I set up the mail account today
I find the mails in Yahoo' Inbox folder will download to my window mail.
but the mails in other folder still left in Yahoo mail not donwnload.
How to download the mails in Yahoo's Sent folder?

Move all the mails in the Sent folder on Yahoo! Mail to your Yahoo! Mail
Inbox.
Download to Windows Mail using pop3.
Copy to your local Sent folder or any other destination of your choice.
Repeat for all folders on Yahoo! Mail that you wish to download.

What you want to do can most readily be done using the IMAP protocol, but
Yahoo! Mail does not implement that protocol.

POP mail can only download from the Inbox folder on the server.
