When i try to download paint shop pro tubes to my computer i get a error that says c/documents and settings /temp internet files/ then the name of said tube can not be found it never has done this until this morning and i have never had a problem anything else downloads perfectly fine why would i have these error and how can i fix it without having to reformat cause i have alot of stuff saved on my pc and would take me days to reinstall all of my paint shop pro stuff that is important to my line of work.. If you can help it will be most greatly appreciated...Thanks..Teresa
