Download data from an FTP server

Hello
Is their a event method to download a file from an ftp server in access
to a local directory that will allow me to transfer the text file into
my access tables. I'm not sure if I have to use code that includes a
DSN or can I use a macro. Please advise



Note: I have the transfer text method from local directory to access
table working fine.

Goal: Automatically click on a button from the menu and/or form that
downloads a text file from an FTP server to a directory on my computer,
where another function runs that transfers the text file form the
download directory to my empty access table.

The usual technique is to download the file first and then import it
using TransferText. If you search http://groups.google.com for
