I have a VLK for Windows XP Pro, and need to install on new PC's coming with
Vista installed. Can I downgrade the Vista OS back to XP and how?

New PC's are coming with Vista, but we only want to have XP in the
environment for now. Can I use the Win XP VLK to downgrade the Vista OS to
install XP Pro on a box coming with a OEM Vista license?

If you have an XP VLK you can install it on whatever PC you want.
Just do a clean XP install.
You won't get any downgrade options... simply boot your XP CD
delete the vista partition and start a clean XP install.

Check with the computer manufacturer to see if they support XP on their new
Vista based computers.
You might be short on XP drivers
Other then that, follow the other posts!
