doument now appears as an e-mail

I am working on a word document, and I must have clicked something, and now
my word document appears with outlook e-mail on the top of it. How do I get
out of this and restore the word document as it was, with my track changes
intact?

Hi Deborah:
Sounds like you inadvertently clicked the e-mail icon - it shows a little
message with an envelope behind it. Click it again to turn the e-mail header
off.

File > Send To > Mail Recipient acts as a toggle for the addressing fields -
if they're showing, selecting the option will hide them.
