Since I've bought a new computer with WindowsXPSP2 on it,I've been
unable to print doublesided on my HP820Cse inkjet printer. The
computer recognized my printer right away, and installed it with the
drivers in XP.Printing singlesided is OK,I just don't have a dialogue
box to allow doublesided printing, and some of the maintenance options
I used to have are also not available. Any help out there would be
much appreciated.

Sorry, automatic duplexing is not supported by the Windows XP built-in driver
for this printer. HP only provided basic support for this printer in Windows XP.
http://www.fineprint.com/ apparently has a solution (application is called
FinePrint) but it is not free. There may be some free solutions somewhere.
Alternatively you may be able to download Windows XP drivers for a similar
printer, sometimes they work, you could try the Deskjet 920CXI driver for
instance, they are available from http://tinyurl.com/2vmkac
If you go that route you will have to experiment.
Good luck.
