double underlined words that take you to an ad link

I'm getting blue double underlined words that when clicked on take you to an
ad. I am not doing this, but it just happens in Outlook Express and on
websites. Does anybody know why this would have started just recently? Is
there an options box I can check to see if it's checked?

hello,
recently had rid of that problem...
FlashFree extension was causing the double underlying words on browser pages.I figured it out after resetting chrome settings...of course i ran Adwcleaner. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and HitmanPro...everything were useless, but after resetting settings in chrome all my extensions were disabled and abling them one-by-one gave me the answer FreeFlash blocker...so i got rid of it and intalled another one..hope would be that easy for everyone ;)
