Double nat?

can i do this at home and is there any problem with apps
working correctly? I find that messenger will not work
where as it once did when i had only one NAT setup.

it is not the best way to set up a network. why do you want to set up
double NAT? anything that uses UPnP like windows messenger won't work
and there will likely be other issues depending on your usage.
