I'm a new Vista user with Windows Mail, and nearly every email I receive is
repeated in my in-box (actually receive two emails that are the same).

Is this an IMAP account or a POP3 account?

Do you have your email account (click on Tools, then Accounts) entered
twice, possibly with different names?

I have 3 separate email accounts in Windows Mail, and they each have
different addresses.

My software includes Outlook. Is there possibly some interference, since I
had used Outlook Expresses before this new computer?

Does each account have a different (unique) username on its Servers tab?

The presence of Outlook will not cause this problem.

Yes, each account has a different (unique) username.

The only other possible cause for this issue is using a non-
compatible antivirus. Windows Mail is not compatible with most
McAfee and Norton security programs. Those will need to be
uninstalled, not just disabled.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, download
and install a more compatible antivirus like the free Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their
email scanning option turned off. For more on this topic see
http://www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3

If the problem persists, the account may have become corrupted.
Delete the account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.
