Double E-mail messages

Each time I receive an e-mail message in Outlook, I receive it twice. What
can be done?
 
Are you using Yahoo mail?

This is happening to me too only with Yahoo mail.
 
I have the same exact problem at times, but I dont know, any help would be
greatly appreciated
