double download

I tried to download sun java plug in but it did not go through so I cancelled
it but then I tried to download again and it would let me saying another
application was alreadying in progress. I CAN'T FIND THE FIRST ONE TO
DELETE IT OR TO TRY AND RE-START IT -- WHAT DO I DO ?? PLEASE OH PLEASE HELP
ME ! It does not show in add/remove programs or in programs files or any
where.

Clear the %Temp% folder. Restart Windows and then try installing again. If
not, a System Restore rollback might help, but it's a mass kill (in this
case)
