Double-clicking File Folder no longers open folder, instead cmd window there

I was going about, in control panel -> folder options, changing my icon
to the new ones i downloaded.

Now, when I double-click on file folders, it brings a command window a
that dir instead of opening it up like winxp normall used to do. T
open it, I have to right-click, then go down to open.

I haven't a clue what I did, or what happened. But i think "Open a cm
window here" became the default action. And in folder options, Fil
Folders dont have a "open" action to make default, as does, say, folde
does.

any help would be appreciate
