double click opens search page

In every folder i open, when I double click a file, it opens the search page,
instead od the file. Right clickn brings the shortcut with "search first",
how do I fix it?

Try right clicking & in General, click on change.

Click Start > Run.. > Copy/Paste the following line & click OK :
reg.exe "HKCR\Directory\shell" /ve /d "none" /f
