Double click on Folders triggers Search...?

Does anyone knows why does my double-click on any folders
triggers off Search instead of Explore? When I do a right
click on the folder, the top sequence of my right-click
menu becomes Search..., Explore, Open.

Though it should be Explore, Open, Search... Can anyone
help by telling me how to tweak my registry to get back
the normal setting? Thanks
