Double Booking on Outlook Calendar

Hi,

Our environment is Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2000. I'm getting double
booking on our resources such as our conference room. Can anyone show me
what I need to do to prevent this.

How is the conf room being booked now? What method is used by your clients?
Example: Did you configure the mailbox (resource) to automatically accept?
Did you use the "AutoReply" server method?
or ...?
