DOS Network Boot

I have a DOS computer I need to connect to a Windows 2003 server. I used to
have a DOS boot cd that had all the networking files for an Intel Pro/100,
but I can't find it.

Can someone point me to an image file that has the necessary files to make a
bootable cd that can connect to a Windows box?

Try www.bootdisk.com.
