DOS Boot Disk

Windows XP Pro:
I have two physical hard drives.
I created a DOS Boot Disk.
Booted with it, I went to the C: drive and discovered that it is my
second physical HD. Can't get to the primary HD.
Is this normal?

This sounds as if your Primary HD is formatted as NTFS and the second
one as FAT 32. DOS cannot do anything with an NTFS partition and will
not even 'see' it
