DOS Batch File Command to Export Favorites?

Hi All!

I'm attempting to write a DOS Batch file which can be used by a
neophyte user of XP Home Edition to pull together in one folder all
files she wants to back up to a CD. One of the things she wants to
back up is here IE6 Favorites file.

What I would like to do is find a DOS command that I can use in this
Batch file to Export Favorites to a HTML file to a pre-defined folder.
I'm not sure this is even possible since I assume that current
software used to perform an Export is available only if IE6 is loaded
and not obtainable via DOS.

Can anyone outline how I can do this in a DOS Batch file? .... Or,
provide an alternative approach? ... perhaps some sort of script file?
