I am using EOS which is a DOS based app. It is a library
cataloging program. When I try to print routing slips I get
a DOS error 5 (access denied). Does anyone have an idea of
how to get around this? I've already changed the config.NT
file to establish correct files= parameter which has solved
some of the problems. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Since xp does not contain dos, it may never run right. Update to a 32bit
version(xp compatable). Dos is going, going, gone........

Do other printing options from that DOS app work okay, or is this the
only printing that you do from it?

What type of printer do you have and how is it connected (parallel or
USB?). DOS apps have trouble using USB printers.

Good luck
